All candidate information and CVs are securely collated and stored within our internal system. CVs are not circulated indiscriminately to companies.

Barış personally liaises with candidates at every stage: discussing suitable opportunities, providing information ahead of introductions and interviews, coordinating communication with employers, sharing feedback and remaining closely involved through to the close.
