When you visit the site, technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and a timestamp may be generated in server logs.

When you complete a headhunting or enquiry form, the details you submit — such as name, email address, telephone number, role, organisation, working arrangement, cities, languages, timing and message — are processed in order to respond to you. Candidate forms may also include a CV uploaded as a PDF. Submissions are sent by email to Barış so he can read them directly.

Your data are processed to respond to enquiries, to provide business development and headhunting services, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations.

The legal grounds, pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, are the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.

Your data may be shared with suppliers who provide hosting, email or similar infrastructure, solely to the extent the service requires, and with competent authorities where legally required. They are not sold and are not added to marketing lists.

Data are kept only for as long as needed for the purpose of processing and for applicable statutory limitation periods.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information, correction, deletion or destruction, to know the third parties to whom they have been transferred, and to object to processing.
